Oriental Massage Reviews

I recommended my girlfriend to this spa to ease some tension in her neck and when she came home she couldn't stop talking about it. She told me it was the best massage she had ever had, so naturally I had to see for myself. I decided to book an appointment and I can honestly say I understood exactly what she meant. The entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, the staff was professional and friendly, and the massage itself was excellent. They paid attention to the areas that needed extra work and made sure the pressure and technique were comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably better than when I walked in. After both of us had such a great experience individually, we decided to come back for a couples massage together. That ended up being an even better experience because we were able to relax and enjoy it together while receiving the same level of professionalism and quality service that brought us back in the first place. It's rare to find a place where both people walk away genuinely impressed multiple times, but that has definitely been our experience here. Consistency matters, and after several visits they've continued to deliver the same great service every time. If you're looking for a professional massage and a place where the staff truly knows what they're doing, I would absolutely recommend giving them a try. We'll definitely be back again in the future.

The staff here truly goes above and beyond for their customers. The front desk lady was warm and welcoming, and my therapist took the time to ask about my specific needs before we began. They checked in regularly on the pressure to ensure I was comfortable. I felt completely cared for and valued. The customer service at this location is unmatched. Every staff I encountered was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. It is clear they prioritize customer satisfaction above everything else. Thank you Jay! Definitely will be back soon!!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming and peaceful. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless, and the massage itself was pure bliss. It is the perfect place to unwind and de-stress. Highly recommend!Amazing service, clean facilities, and incredibly skilled therapists. They really tailor the experience to your needs. 5 stars all the way!

I've been a customer here for many years, and this is by far one of the best massage establishments I've ever visited. The customer service is consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. The massage therapists are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and always make sure I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every visit has been a great experience. If you're looking for quality service and a truly relaxing massage, I highly recommend this place. It's difficult to find this level of care and professionalism anywhere else.

Ok, I'm going to give an honest and blunt review about this massage place. So I called 20 min before my massage asking if I could get my neck massaged because I was battling with neck pain/spasms/stiffness for two weeks. I was desperate for some relief. I show up and the girl who does the massages immediately looks mad and is rude and snappy to me. I pay upfront because I guess that is how they do things there. As I go to sign my merchant copy, I get yelled at by the woman for no reason to sign the paper. I was thinking, ok maybe I should just leave but I already paid so I'll stay and tough out the massage. I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage from it seems but the lady either was really rude or there is a huge language barrier because she couldn't tell me what type of massage I got. Half of the massage was her being rough and rude to me. If I asked questions or talked, I got barely any response and might I add, I was nothing but kind and polite to her. The second half of the massage was actually nice. She asked if I had pain anywhere and she was more gentle. After the massage was over, I was a little sore and still in a little shock by how rude and mean she was. I did get relief and I am on day 2 after the massage and I feel good. So after the massage was done, I wanted to leave a small tip because I didn't want to be rude. I decided to not leave my usual $20 but instead $10 because of how rude she was before. As I ask for the merchant copy back and fill out the tip, her and another woman are at the front and question me for only leaving $10? The other lady asked why don't I leave $20 and I said that I only had $10. So the massage was good and I got relief, but the staff here are extremely unprofessional and will absolutely guilt you if you don't leave a good tip. I have had massages before and I usually always tip at least $20 but not if you're rude and nasty to me. If the owner is reading this, here is a tip for you. More people will come back to you if you are kinder, more professional, and don't pressure people to tip. I can't recommend this place to anyone because of that, however the massage was decent and gave me some relief.
